Refund Policy

The short version

All purchases on this store are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Delivery problems are always fixed — see below.

By product type

  • Voluntary support (pay-what-you-want) — a voluntary contribution to free, open-source software. Winhance is free for everyone, with or without a contribution; nothing is unlocked or withheld. Contributions are not refundable.
  • Monthly support — cancel anytime from your account on this store or from your PayPal; cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Charges already processed are not refundable.
  • Digital products (the Winhance Supporter Pack, and any digital product we sell now or in the future) — delivered immediately and in full at purchase: your downloads are on the order confirmation page and in your order email. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun. Delivered digital goods are not refundable.

Faulty or missing delivery

If a download link doesn’t work, a file is missing or corrupt, or you didn’t receive what the product page promised, contact contact@memstechtips.com — we will make sure you receive everything you paid for. Where applicable consumer law entitles you to a refund for a fault we cannot fix, we comply with that law.

This policy is linked on every product page and agreed to at checkout. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
